Plan and
Commit
Often it’s a matter of planning those
things that are important into your life and scheduling them
into your weekly schedule.
When you plan and give your
word to do something new , make some changes, perhaps this
may be enough for you.
I remember my coaching teacher
always used to say “Fail to Plan, Plan to
Fail”.
Start with small steps
Take one
element of your life that you feel does not receive enough
attention and commit to this.
For example coming home early
once a week or going out once a week with your partner or
friend.
Start with small steps in the
right direction.
There is a famous Chinese Proverb
that came from the work of the Tao Te Ching (The Way and its
Power) by Lau Tzu “The journey of a thousand miles begins with
a single step.”
Get Organized and Clear
Organization is so very
important.
When we are more organized we
are more efficient and can free up time for other things in
our life.
Ask yourself these
questions:
Is your home and office clear of
clutter?
How much of
what you have do you use?
According
to
the 20/80 rule, we use only
20% of what we have 80% of the
time.
